About this LIHWAP program in Placerville, CA

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) helps income-eligible households pay their past due water and wastewater bills. For more information, please call 530-621-6150.

LIHWAP is not able to assist households on a well.

• Past Due Water Bill
• You must meet the income guidelines or currently be receiving CalWorks, CalFresh and or LIHEAP.

HOW TO APPLY
• Fill out an application
• Obtain all necessary documents
To submit your application come to the Placerville Senior Center on Mondays or Wednesday from 10:00am to 3:00pm

Payment for late and past due water bills

Prevent disconnection of water services

Includes sewer and wastewater costs
