The Del Norte Senior Center provides LIHEAP energy and LIHWAP water/wastewater assistance services in Del Norte County.

Please download an application package on the web page provided to apply for assistance.

The application packet must be completed in full and submitted to the Del Norte Senior Center along with copies of all utility bills, proof of income and identification for all household members. Completed applications and documentation may be mailed to or dropped off at the Senior Center, 1765 Northcrest Drive, Crescent City, CA 95531. Drop-Off hours are weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If you need assistance completing the application or have additional questions about the program, you may call (707) 464-3069 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
