About this LIHWAP program in Urbana, OH

Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) – helps income eligible Ohioans with a disconnect notice, restore service, or new service, with a local Water Company. Eligible clients are those at or below 175% of the FPG. Program allows us to pay on your bill for Water or Waste Water (Sewer) one time during the program year. Program began November 1, 2021 and will continue until funds are depleted.
