About this LIHWAP program in Prescott, AZ

Administrators of the local LIHEAP (Low Income Energy Assistance Program)

Purpose:

Energy assistance programs, coordinated between federal and state governments and utilities, are available to help low-income households meet their energy needs.

Community Services contracts with community organizations to administer the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

This program provides assistance with utility deposits and bill payment.

Please call for an application and to see if you qualify.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Payment for late and past due water bills

Prevent disconnection of water services

Includes sewer and wastewater costs

Grant-federally funded
